Rainy Day is a community mutual aid platform that helps groups pool funds, manage shared treasuries, and govern disbursements together.

How does payment processing work?

Payments are processed securely via ACH through Dwolla, Inc. and its FDIC-insured banking partners. Bank accounts are connected through Plaid. Rainy Day never stores your bank credentials.

Can I leave a community?

Yes — you can leave any community at any time. If you've contributed funds, you may request a proportional reimbursement through the community's governance process.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We use bank-level encryption, never sell your data, and store only the minimum information needed to operate the platform. See our Privacy Policy for details.
